I got complimentary king room as an upgrade, nice gesture. Location: the hotel was so close to the cafe downstairs and Bergamo, the nearby lakes. I didn't want to leave and would come back for sure.

I stayed here 1 night and liked it. The staff was kind on arrival and throughout the stay. The room was clean, it had a shower, a hairdryer, and a bidet.

We had a really great stay thanks to the super helpful and friendly staff at this place. Our room was quite spacious, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Plus, we enjoyed some lovely coffee and had good Wi-Fi throughout our time here. ☕.

The hotel is conveniently located close to Bergamo and the nearby lakes, in a beautiful area. We also appreciated the ample free parking available.

The rooms were clean and spacious, and the breakfast was delicious, with plenty of tasty coffee and pastries on offer. the staff were friendly and accommodating, and the free parking and WiFi were very convenient. the location was also a real plus, with easy access to nearby lakes and a great selection of restaurants within walking distance.

If you're sensitive to noise, it's worth noting that the hotel is located in an area with quite heavy traffic, and there can be a fair amount of noise from the bar and trucks in the area. This can start as early as 5am and last until around 8am, which can be quite disruptive if you're looking for a peaceful stay.

The breakfast was good with a variety of pastries and coffee. , the cleanliness of the room was impressive. The location was strategic with easy access to nearby tourist spots and restaurants.

The noise level from the adjacent bar and vehicles in the morning was disturbing, and the language barrier with the staff made communication challenging. Although the room had a terrace, the surrounding view wasn't aesthetically pleasing, which was misleading from the online photos.
